will a 05-06 636 motor fit in a 03-04??
jus curious as i blew up my one month old bike with 5300 on it today! damn it! lol
so i need to know what years will work and if i will need the other bikes wiring and throttle bodies and airbox if i use a 05-06 motor in my 04 636
i saw a motor on a site that said it was a 05 but that it was for 03-06.
anyone know if this is true or will 03-04 only,work for my 2004 636.

i do know that the throttle body set up is different and the air box on the 05 06 has extra injectors so if you got the motor to fit in the frame you would probably have to use the throttle bodies off the 03 04 and the temperature sending unit on the 03 04 is in the radiator but the 05 06 is on the back side of the cylinder

sounds like way too much work. hey omr i got a ? for ya...
Im swapping my 03 swingarm for an 05. i have the rear wheel and all the spacers. can i use the same dual caliper bracket on it?

no i don't think so ..see if ho hey has two separate brackets for the 03 04 and the 05 06 if so then definitely not
