f4i help

**** was running fine... i changed the oil, spark plugs, put a new air filter in, and an adjustable cam chain tensioner.. now when i go to clutch it up from a dead stop it bogs like it has no bottom end.. for some reason.. i never gapped the plugs could that be a problem? maybe cam chain tensioner to tight? any help or suggestions would be great before i got start ripping into it.. thanks

does it run fine at idle and when your just riding normal?

yea runs normal.. idle's normal .. just bogs when i got to beast it up from a stop

vacume line could have came off when you took the throttlebodies off to do the cam chain. check all the vacume lines plus the one on the map sensor

You seem to have answered your own question.


-Yes, CCT being too tight will cause a bottom end bog.

-Yes, plug gaps out of spec will cause it to bog also. (Stock = 0.031 - 0.035 inches)


It ran fine before so check over everything you just did.
