ok i thnk im gonna do the swap so i have some questions before i dive in. first off what parts from the f4i front end can be transfered to the 929 like rotors calipers that stuff i know i have to have new clip ons and **** but can i use the f4i master and stuff also the front wheels are the same right. just looking for some help so i dont forget anything when it comes time to do it.

you can use front master and calipers. and controls...thats it...

you need 929 954 forks ,triples,clipons,wheel,rotors,axle & spacers,fender...

 

you can use the stock f4i master, brake lines, and calipers. Thats all.

 

What they said. Use the 954 steering stem bearings, they are better.

well i wasnt gonna do a 929 swap then i added up how much a f4i rebuild would be with everything i wanted and it was cheaper for me to do the swap. als o if i do a gpr stabilizer do i buy it to fit a 929 or an f4i or are they the same thankstravis

 

also is there a difference between the 929 calipers and the f4i as far as stopping power.

 

will a 954 front wheel work with a 929 front end
