ok guys I had a 03 gixer 600. When the bike hits 200 degree water comes out the overflow. Fan never kicked on. Seems something isnot right maybe thermastat? Pump ? I'm leaning towards the stat.

Help?

Fan does work hard wired but prob seems to be before that anyway.I was told fan should kick in bout 215 and I haven't let it get there yet

 

i've seen the radiators on those bikes cause the bikes to do similar things! pop and swap radiator,thermastat, new coolant(blurp it) then go form there.
