929 front end bobble

I bought a wrecked 929 and have been replacing parts on it to try and figure out why the front end bounces slightly at low speeds or decelleration. NOt a headshake type deal, but a up and down like the rim is bent. Doesnt do it at high speeds. I have replaced front and rear rim with straight ones. Forks are straight. Rotors appear to be straight. Anything else i can check? Thanks
