Help with headlights/gauges

Alright so I picked up a 95 FZR600 as my first bike. Its in great condition mechanically and has brand new rubbers on it. I dont like the headlight setup and the gauges have to go. The tach bounces in a range of about 3k from where it should be, and the speedo doesnt pick up till about 35mph. I dont like the way they look anyway. I want to stick with the streetfighter look, but I dont know where to start. Any help would be great.

Haha! I suppose I should make myself more clear. I know how to take the bike apart. What I meant was, I am looking for suggestions as to a decent speedo/tach and headlight assembly.
