i seriously need like a walk through lol
Re: i seriously need like a walk through lol
Step 2:remove front end
Step 3:Put new front end on
Step 4:take bike off stand or milk crate
If that doesn't work for you do a search, it has been covered many times.
Re: i seriously need like a walk through lol
If that doesnt work for you, you shouldnt be ******* around with your bike
Re: i seriously need like a walk through lol
you gotta grind the steering stops off the lower tripple of the 1000rr front, its easier to do it before u put the front end on. or ur gonna have not turning radius at all.
Re: i seriously need like a walk through lol
probly going to need some odd ball sockets and hex or even torx drivers....if you are replacing the entire triple and bearings in the neck....if you aren't that mechanically inclined , better ask a friend or someone who does know... just heard about a guy that didn't tighted his front calipers and ended up in the hospital ...**** happens dude...use common sense...but it's not all about you on the street either...you could kill someone else for neglecting to properly service your ride.
Re: i seriously need like a walk through lol
Ummmmm.....
I HAVE NEVER, EVER used a torx driver on ANY of my motorcycles....
And I don't know what you consider to be "odd ball" but the only sockets you'll ever need for your entire bike are the following: 8mm 10mm 12mm 14mm 15mm 17mm 22mm 27mm and 30mm

Same goes for me, and I only work on dirtbikes. That shows how universal bikes are. I use metric on the engine and standard on the body to tell you the truth. Lot of 12mm, 13mm, 14mm on the engine and 9/16, and 1/2 are common for the body.
