Try going to the dealer with the reg or title, they might be able to make one up for you. If not pull off the ignition and take it to a locksmith and have them make a key...I've done that before and cost $30 if you bring it to them.

just hardwire it. I dont know that they can make a key without the number plate on the keyring when you buy it. A locksmith can probably do it, never tried tho.
