Can this be fixed??????

I have been looking for a clean frame for a while for a custom bike build. This guy has a clean title 1000rr frame that he is gonna sell me for $800 because it has some damage.I talked to a welder buddy of mine that says he can fix most anything I can throw at him,but I really wanted your guys opinions before I go buyin it and spending the gas money to go pick it up.I planned on getting any frame I get powder coated anyway.I'm pretty sure that after he welds it up as pretty as he can and then I get it powdercoated, plus the fairings covering it somewhat it should be fine. This bike isn't gonna be a stunter, its gonna be my street piece,so Its not gonna get beat on THAT much.I know alot of you have broken frames and engine mounts due to certain cages (mumbling...POWERS) Thats why I'm askin if you think its worth the 800 for the frame + 50 for gas + 100 or so for welding + 150 or so for powder. The other clean 1000rr frames I have found (very, very few) are all going for $2000 plus.
Sorry for the blurry pics, his camera skills suck!

I'm probably gonna get it,and if and when I do you will be hearing from me.Is your powdercoating setup big enough to handle a frame.I wouldn't want to pay the 50 bucks to ship it to ya for just a $20 fix.I would rather make it worth both our time.I remember from that previous thread that your in need of some loot and I would be more than happy to help a brotha out
