Well to Start i Have an 03 xr50 with red barren 88 bore kit.

I Just put a new bar kit and forks on, i have a 2 inch longer cable, seems to work fine, but since i put this bar kit on ill twist the throttle and it snaps back fine, however, it revs up and continues to rev for about 5 secs after it has already snapped back.
ive tryed cleaning the needle, ive tryed re connecting the neddle, i tryed messing with the throttle tube, ive messed with the air flow and idle, as of now, im stumped, i dont know what else to try, im sure a few others have had this problem, so any ideas, or any one know how to fix it?
