It costs me $20 to make an indestructable rad.....Just have the top mounts TIG welded to the top of the rad. And buy some 3/4" wide 1/8" thing aluminum flat stock from Home Depot, and weld that to the top of the rad on the back....Ive been on the same rad for 2 years with this setup...

Also if you can run side fairings, the rad bolts to them at the bottom and adds double the support.

Yeah I hear ya... I've gone through two radiators already.
Im putting a new one on with air conditioning straps. Basically heavy duty large zip ties. Secure the radiator to the frame. I'll take pics when Im done.

Re: $$$ New 636 Radiator Braces $$$

just tig the top radiator tabs to the radiator so the rivets dont rip through the tab.

+1 on running the lowers. that helps tons.

I already tried that. still ripped apart. You gotta secure the radiator tightly against the frame so there's no movement. Running the lowers helps but also can hide damage. I was running my lowers and had the top radiator tabs welded and it still ripped them out.

Yeah if you add aluminum to the radiator to fully support it then it should be good. Can you post pics of your setup Johnny??
