i tried the search but of course nothing.. i have an 04 600rr and i have a set of inverted forks from a 05. will this fit? and will i have to swap the front rotors to fit the new calipers? any pics or info please post up!!

 

the rotors from th e05 will bolt on to your wheel but yes i think the 05 are bigger , i did this swap to a freinds bike along time ago but i have a short memory.....lol

 

the triple tree is needed. bearings and races are the same. axle is biger. rotors are diff. calipers are diff. and spacers are needed. bearings in the wheel is diff. you might just wana use a 05 wheel though.

the 05 600 rr triple tree is diffrent than the 929 954 1000rr. the 05 06 600rr forks are a bit closer together.

 

we used the 03 wheel and the 05 tripple ,rotors ,fender ,clipons and forks so im confused by the you saying the axle is different
