Ok guys i need your help...Up till a week ago my bike was running fine and I parked the bike so I could get the bike painted. After the bike was all painted I went to fire it up and it just cranks and won't start. If I use starter fluid or gas and spray it in the intake the bike will start but it revs to like 8000rpms and keeps on revving and then dies after burning off the gas.
I have:
checked for stuck throttle cable/choke cable,
getting spark to the plugs,
replaced all vacume / fuel lines,
removed the carbs and cleaned them and put them back on,
replaced the fuel in the tank
checked fuses
cleaned the air filter


but nothing I do seems to work any imput would be appreciated.

The bike is a 93 GSX600F katana mild PNP job stage 2 jet kit full D&D exaust 1100 rear end
