i have a small crack about the size of an inch on my 95 zx6rs frame and i was wonderin if any one knew of a way to reinforce a bracket or somethin instead of welding it the crack is located 6 inches away from the neck towards the bottom of the frame

 

i broke my f4i frame in the neck i welded it up but ended up having to get a new frame.i dont really know if you there is a way around welding it.

 

try stop drilling it.. Drill a 1/4 inch hole at the verry ends of the crack so it has no way of spreading.

 

sounds like it may b time for a new frame.
