tried that changer fuses and realys to

 

well the pump may be bad ,is there power to the pump ?

smack the pump with the handle of a screw driver while the key is on and the on /off switch is on and the bike is in neutral if it starts to prime then the pump is bad

i have heard of the ignition being the problem also

 

Hey brotha how you been? Check for any loose wires, rectifier may be bad.. Or could be a bad pump. Check it like roger said. Call me if you have any questions.
