2005 1000rr forks on f4i.

trying to locate and 1000rr front wheel.. cant seem to find one..

do I have any other options for a wheel with these forks?

I have the 1000rr calipers but no rotor/wheel/or axel.

 

954 wheel will work. I've got a set of rotors and axel spacers.

 

The rotors on the 954 and the 1000 rr are completely different, the radial brake setup on the 1000rr is a different setup....and spacers are different...the only thing I haven't done is measured the hub thickness...but the 600rr (05/06) only would have a better chance since the brake setup is the same.

But I think you may have to stick to the same wheel!

 

i ran my 954 wheel with my 1000rr forks for a while ... like frank said the radial brakes on the 1krr is the biggest factor. if all you have is the 1krr calipers just find the 1krr rim ... your other option if you just want to keep the forks is to get 954/929 triples, wheel, and brakes and just use the 1krr forks ...
