05-06 636 front brake lines

so i took off the stock rubber lines and installed my own fabricated lines,...only thing is the lines im using now go straight to each caliper, so instead of 1 line branching into 2 lines each calipper has its own steel braided line.

is this better than the stock way? i know ernie crashed because of some brake line issues and havent got a chance to call him and ask what it was exactly, i was hoping to get feed back on my set up good or bad??

Yes, that is a good setup. Its a more equal pressure going to the calipers. Just ziptie the lines to the forks and put on your front fender. The lines can get caught in the tire and flip u over.

Re: 05-06 636 front brake lines

tips for the 05/06 636

get
vortex rearsets
subcage
si cage
spare front rim (03/04 work and are much stronger imo)
stay off the rev limiter under load
gravity bleed old fluid out of the brake systems once a week

and subframes are pretty easy to straighten if u happen to bend it...

stock exhaust systems are subframe savers if u accidently loop hard.

keep it clean and spend some time fixing little **** when your not riding... i spend just as much time in preparation as riding to keep my bike in shape, only hondas u can set it n forget it.
