help asap

ok as you can see i have a f4i....my prob is...when im going down the road..the clipons/and triple is alittle to the right....im running fi clipons,,so figured i would just put the left one in more...but nope that **** dont work......so i owner of a honda shop up here..turned the bars all the way to the right and kicked the tire...that worked for like 2 hours till i hit the lot up...and its back to the dam right.....could it have anything to do with the fork rebound/compression/etc....and when i turn to go right it like stears like a bicycle..and to the left like a motorcycle...

oh yea if i let go of my hands the bike pulls to the right...i replaced my bent front axle....help me out.....

Re: help asap

First make sure one of your forks isn't bent.

here's what it is......you prob wrecked head on with something or set it down weird.....the forks are twisted in the upper and lower tripple trees.....loosen upper and lower shake the forks straight.....kinda like you see people do on bicycle's putting the tire between their knees...then impact the bolts down on the upper and lower......by the way take the front tire off to do this.....

the bike is prob going crooked down the road because you don't have the rear tire on perfectly straight...Check all this.

To get the forks off, you have to loosen them. I'mtalking about where they tighten the forks. Put the forks back in (don't tighten them in) and grab the bottom of the forks and push and pull until the upper and lower trips are perfectly straight.

Re: help asap

just loosen the tripple bolts [the ones that pinch the fork tube]then straighten the bars by twisting them while holding the tire with your knees then tighten the pinch bolts back up.......

if you put down a wheelie really crooked you can twist them back to being crooked again so just do it your self and save the money because you will probably have to do this often

cant really straighting the bars while holding the tire, due to the fact that the clipons will move all over the place...so i wont be able to get any leverage..know what i mean...

Re: help asap

foot on seat going fast is bad idea,

you gotta loosen the tripple tree bolts that clamp the forks and bang that front wheel against **** like you did back in the BMX days to straighten out the front wheel/end...
