I ran into a probem hoping you can can help me out. I bought a wreck bike from my friend with minor damage. No damage on the engine once so ever. He had it sitting for about 7 months. Now, I tried to put everything together and ready to fire it up the bike has no spark, I took the spark plug out and crank it, but no spart. What other problem might cause the bike to loose spark? Is there a tip-over sensor on this bike(shut the bike off when it tip-over)? please help me out thanks.

 

could be ecu but i doubt it.. does it have the stock ignition .. ? you check for any loose grounds... maybe crank position sensor?

 

everything on the bike is stock, nothing had been tamper with. No loose grounds and crank sensor is good to go. anyone else has anything with this issue?
