was it a direct replacement with the motor and harness or did you have to do any fab work ???

hey rodger can I score one of those sub frame cages from you ? Are you still making them? Sure would like to have one. And no metal fab work was done.

Re: Cbr 600 rr 2004 motor....

lemme know how the 06 motor does compared to your old one.
05/06 subframes and everything else seem more brittle than my 03 (that I can't seem to kill). I was thinkin bout swapping the motor and all that from an 06, maybe an 07, into my 03 if it would make it a lil more capable streeter. My 03 RR is set-up so well I do't wanna get rid of it to get a new one, but slappin a stronger motor in might be the trick!

I googled that lever......just doesn't seem worth $150. I would spend 1/3 of that and get a Moose EZ-pull. Just my two cents.

Motor runs great. Lots more power ...it will come up in 4th hahahah w/ 7up 1down.This sounds stupid but If I had done it all over again I would have put in a 06 fuel pump first ...hard to explain and don't have time right now.
