04 GSXR750 front end help

Ok, this is probably going to throw some of ya'll for a loop. I put a complete GSXR750 front end on my 03 SV650S. I used to be able to preload the forks with no problem. Now since I put the GSXR front end on it, it's too stiff and I can't preload the forks! I guess I should also point out that I weigh in at a wopping 127 lbs! Lol. Any tips on finding settings that might remedy my problem would be appreciated, thanks guys!

+1... soften up your spring pre-load and compression.. and slow down your rebound a little bit... that should held a lot.
