96 kaw zx600f Knockin and Nasty Oil

I have this OLD Kaw zx600f and its knockin real bad.Sounds as if its in tranny, but most likely it coming from those pistons. But anyway the oil was like nasty brown lookin in window.I drained it and refill with 10w-30.Ran it again, stop and lookd in the window again..Ill be DAMN!! IT STARTED FILLin UP WITH THAT NASTY DIRTY OIL **** AGAIN!!I could just see like the dirty sand look coming up in the oil. What is that, does the engine need to be flush or do it need to use 20w-50 thicker oil? Will this stop the knockin?

theres these things called oil filters and u change them to, but that bikes toast, knocking is not causedby oil color/viscosity etc, motor is toast...

The I guy to me you took it to a shop and had some tranny work done on it.And it wasnt knockin before it went in .Told the shop about it they wanted to charge him again. So could the timing be off, causing an incorrect TDC.Which could start the knock.I will change that thing also call the filter too.Thanks.

before you go checking timing, cut open theoil filter and look for copper specs, u find alot, themotor is finished, drain all the coolant, start itup and hold it WIDE OPEN THROTTLE till it stops running, and video tape it,
