Re: Bogging down F4i

ok run stock exhaust/airfilter and good spark plugs and atleast +15 gearing. also tape off one of your air box holes.

Re: Bogging down F4i

Do you still have your idle hooked up to the stock location, or have you hooked it up to the actual throttle blades? The idle mod fixed this problem for everyone I know, also taping one side will give you a little more bottom end.

Re: Bogging down F4i

Sorta in a way... more restriction.. just like stock exhaust it will help. It's not a common thing around here to do that on F4i's but it is on other bikes. I also think most of the fla guys are taped on one side, but not sure, hit them up and see, or hell tape it go try it and see. it takes 5 minutes...
You do have the idle cable relocated to where it actually adjust the throttle blades not the idle passage like stock, right?? This makes a huge differance.

Re: Bogging down F4i

cali bikes are weaker in power than WA. bikes(restrictions) and ummm AZ suks its to hot for bike to run well unless your hard wired running engine ice and riding in air condition building

oh snap i got a building to ride in year round when its raining...so i dont have to run rain tires and have you seen Seattle in the summer 80 degree days blue skys...gorgeous kill the big city next to tha space needle or big *** parking lots or back mountain country roads what ever you want

but Seattle does suk in the winter which is 8-9 months long why you think these seattle cats progress so fast they know if they dont they will be light years behind the rest of the country.
