R6 fan switch

I want to hook my fan up so that it will turn on manually when I want it to, but still turn on when it gets warm incase I forget to flip the switch. What is the easiest way to do so?

The only thing I see that looks like a temp sensor, has two wires one black and one blue. Is that it? Its coming off the back of the block?
