Need a quick fix

my front right rotor is warped to #*&% and whenever i go to use the front brake, it locks, lets lose, locks, lets lose...like im squeezing and letting off the brake really quickly; which reminds me, u can feel the brake lever pull in and out slightly as the bikes doing this 'bobbing' thing. anyway, the wheel on my bike is some mystery wheel that no one can figure out what its off of, so ive given up and want to try and straighten the rotor enough so it doesnt drag when i ride, and it doesnt 'bob' when i come to a stop at every light..

any ideas? sledge hammer..table vice..somethin?????

Re: Need a quick fix

i got frustrated (ive hadthis problem for, like, 6 months) and i just sledged the **** out of the rotor and spun it until it spun easier...i tried to order the right rotor, but no one knows what wheel it is. anyway, if i take a rotor off, wont the bike want to turn everytime i hit the brakes?
