Today I went out to the cuts to practice on wheelies....I have a 600 and he has a 1K....my question is when I stand next to his and twist his throttle "on his bike "it very touchy and easy to twist but when I do mine its kinda stiff "my bike " can someone explain why that is?

 

is the 1000 an 06 too?? the only thing that I can think of is mabey the throttle cable has a burr on it some where and it catching

or mabry u just need to lube it.....u polly still have a warenty right. Take it back to the dealer and make them find out what wrong

Kind of off topic but I have the same bike as you...And I was wondering what kind of aftermarket exhuast do you have and is it a lot louder than stock or what???How much did it cost and where did u get it. Full system or slip on??? Thanks

 

I have a two bros. ehaust system I had a shorter version then what you see just like the stock but it was chippin away so they exchanged it.....it cost like 350 but I got it cheaper...its just a slip on but its way louder than stock by far....alot of people don't like these pipes because how loud they are but hey I say its better to be heard than quiet......I got it at Florida Motorsports.... go to www.twobrothers.com and you will find it......the short version screams on the bike but I think they discontinued it the one I have now s a deep sound but still loud

 

i have a full two brothers system, hate it...not because of how loud it is, but cuz of the sound...maybe its just my pipe
