Refilling GSXR Steering Stabilizer

I can't seem to find the old thread where people put like 30 weight oil in their stock gsxr Steering Stabilizer. Has anyone done this to get it a lot stiffer?

How is it done? I tried to refill one of my spare ones, it gets 'loose' in the middle of the throw.

any ideas how to properly and fully fill a gsxr stabilizer?
