F3 Motor Mount Question

F3 Motor Mount Question
I broke two motor mounts on my Honda F3 due to FI's awesome design. Anyone ever weld up new motor mount points? Is it possible to weld a new chunk of aluminum to the block?

You tried welding on more aluminum i take it? What happened?

zip ties, that is all. i am sure it can be done, but by someone who is really good at welding aluminum.

On mine, it was the left side mount on the back of the head/block that cracked off. Got it welded but it broke again on the first (easy) drop
