head bearing?

when i coast going slow i can hear it better but when i use my front brakes when im going like 10mph i can feel something move and make a sound what is this from and how can i fix it?

Tighten the head bearing...its real simple to do.

yup just snug the bearin like a half turn or turn...should do it
therers a lot of stress goin through that steering stem. snug it up

It is under it...you have to take off the bolt and the triple then the next bolt and tighen the gearing looking on one the bottom.

loosen the upper gear lookin nut completely. use a flathead or the tool that comes with ur bike and tap the bearing until it barely turns when tapped. then snugg the lock nut(upper gear lookin nut) on top of the lower nut. make sure ur **** still turns and u should be good

do it tighten ur **** regularly too
