I've rode with 91sicks and sacnuts, but mostly individual local cats. I bet you got spots in auburn... hit me up. Alex

oh and im gonna try that clutch thing. I dont understand how it would be a problem but being that mine was wired together too and stays wired it might have some kinda effect. thx

Re: idle problem with my 05 600 gsxr

the clutch switch has nothing to do with the idle. u are turning the wrong screw. turn the bigger one but make sure u turn the other one back to were its suposed to be. it should clear that right up. if not take it to the nearest shop they will mess with it an get it right.

i dont think they understand the kinda of problem your (or perhaps me) having. Mine will surge down whether its adjusted in Nuetral or in gear. Even if i put mine at 5k rpm, once im slowing it down to fully catch idle it surges down to 1.5 or so. Its making me wanna ghost ride the whip off a cliff !

Re: idle problem with my 05 600 gsxr

have you tried taking it to a shop? something you could struggle over for months they could fix in one hour possibly if you get a good mechanic thats been around to see some common problems. or if its carb tuning they could do that in no time. it might cost an little coin but hey, $50 bucks/hour . vs . your time and anguish for who knows how long.

Soon it'll be in the shop, but Id rather figure it out myself. After all the work put into trying to figure it out, my resources are a bit extended. Last resort is the shop since they ****ed me over several times. AFter getting my first bike a few years back, my knowledge of bikes was thin, paying the shop to do a simple 10k mile check up would be great. Wrong. 10 miles down the road, after getting the bike back, it reached 245 in temp leaving me stranded
in the not so cool summer sactown sun. $50/hr...ha more like $80 and up.
but yeah, i hear ya. thx
