Re: K2 RM Cylinder
Also not sure if it is related but when i fill the radiatior and run the bike alot of the fluid seems to come out of the overflow pipe on the rad cap, i also noticed that atfer running the bike for say and hour that the left rad is piping hot however the right isn't even luke warm!
Re: K2 RM Cylinder
what octane gas do you run and what per-mix are you running?
If I had to guess I'd say you were running the fuel mix lean with a low octane fuel, and/or the head gasket went bad.
1st picture is detonation, cylinder walls are getting hot, low octane fuel is igniting off the hot edge on that cylinder which is basically eating away at it like a fleet of bunkerbusters in Iraq.
2nd picture is the coolant that is getting through the gasket area burning sumwhat, but mostly displacing the fuel even more causing an even leaner condition and finally collecting with the pre-mix not burned and splashed on the exhaust valve.....
huuuuuuuuuh(deep breat...)
that'll be $80.
