636 Frame Cracking

This is old. I did that last year but just wondering if i'm the only one that had this problem..Here's some pictures i took. It started as a small tiny crack in the weld but I procrastinated on getting it re-enforced and this happened..

Yeah i just put on the F.I cage before i got deployed. I haven't tested it but yeah I think the 905 cage probably helped.

holy hell that's shiitty--thats crazy how it just split like a piece of wood like that--i better go check my shiit now. Did you drop your bike really really hard like 1,000 times or did that just get worse after a few falls?

Re: 636 Frame Cracking

I eventually just noticed small cracks in the welding. I put it off and that's what happens.

Re: 636 Frame Cracking

I thought you cracked that a while back?? Or did it just get way worse?

Either way, that sucks...good news is you can get a new one for a lot less than a harley frame or a good used bike!
