How to put on (DB) Dirt Bike Bars

Just want to know how it's done. do you have to mod your top tripple tree assemby? or is it all bolt on? hheeeelllpp i have no idea.

tag risers and drill the triple or else buy a full throttle upper triple with bar mounts but they are pricey
