Re: hyperpro active damper

my boy has one on a 04 636 has a dead spot in the middle when you crank it all the way up if you turn the bars only 1" back and forth as fast as you can its like the damper isnt even on there. i think its mostly the tank mount that is flexing.

exactly what my GPR did! My new Hyperpro works great, even as an RSC............flipped an endo tonight and just got back from the ER...luckily nothin broken, BUT the damper wasn't the cause.....I was flating on the front wheel, off the brakes, went to add some more steering input and accidentally touched the front brakes and it was over..........got some rash, bruised ribs, jammed wrist, and jammed elbow...............the tail hit me square in the back, the day I took the 12 bar off, and the day after I picked up a new Icon feild armor vest............if I wouldn't have had it, my back and/or ribs would have been shattered............Doc told me it was worth its weight in GOLD!!!!! shame a scratched it, it looked good before then

I'm really lucky! I picked up a new jacket today and had to order a new helmet too.......Cafe Racer cut me a hell of a deal......close to 1/2 what retail would be!!!!!! Jacket and helmet were $287 COMBINED.

I'm pulling the back protector out and wearing the icon armor underneath TONIGHT
