F4i clutch plates glazed or ruined?

I had been practicing burnouts and the race takeoffs I got did'nt want to break loose (sticky phuckers). Then later on the way home it wont even clutch up in second gear. first gear yes, second and third no. How can I tell if the plates are glazed or need to be replaced?
