929 gearing advice?????

I have -1 +14. I like the instant wheelies, but do you think this is to much? I am in the mind set that if I can get this thing smooth with this gearing, it will make me that much better of a rider. But, is it going to make learning harder? just looking for a little input, thanx...

Re: 929 gearing advice?????

I've tried a 14T and 16T front with a 54T rear, trying 15T front this weekend.
14 was way too low, 16 was okay but could stall out. 15t should be perfect.
929's still twitchy as hell, but getting used to it now.
