Anyone know if the right clip on wires plug into the main wiring harness or the headlight harness?

I don't have a manual handy and can not see how it possibly could plug into the main wiring harness, and I don't yet have the headlight harness.

Anyone know how to start a bike with the start button wired up?

Any help appreicated.
