954 idle cable location

954 idle cable location
I just got a 900rr idle cable and put it in but dont know where to run it. Its to short to run up the middle by the throttle cables. and when i run it to the side, it binds up cuz its a such an angle. Where do you run it?

i have a 929 and i ran out the left side str8 along the throttle body. i haven't had any binding problems so maybe you just pinched it when you put the tank down? hope this helps.
