hi, i wrecked my bike a while ago and bent the left clip on. I got a new one so i am trying to take the old one off. I removed the big 36mm nut in the middle of the triple clamp and loosened the 2 side allens. Now i cant get it to slide off. Is it pressed on there or something? Just wondering if anyone knows how to get it off or if i need some kind of puller? thanks for any help

 

If your forks are bent it will be hard to remove.

Have you taken out the bolts that hold the clip-ons to the top tripple? Their under the tripple 1 for each clipon.........If not those would stop it from comming off. Other wise it should pop right off.
