WARM UP BIKE,GET INTO 6TH GEAR AND SHUT OFF BIKE.WITH THE CLUTCH OUT, ROLL THE BIKE BACKWARDS ABOUT 20 FEET.IT PUTS SLACK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CAMCHAIN AND THE TENSIONER WILL HOOK THE NEXT NOTCH.START UP BIKE AND SMILE. I'M GONNA DO THIS **** EVERY OTHER DAY!!! :YEAH

 

AHHHH, the trick is rolling the bike BACKWARDS! i told ed about this fix last night but i said to roll it forward and we couldn't figure out why it would work!

Im going to try it next time out!

 

It'll roll backwards 20 feet with it in gear?

it only works for pimp *** 636's... i actually haven't tested yet, and couldn't tell you for sure with other bike.

Did it today, did sound better afterwards :YEAH ......after I did it it took a few trys to start, this happen to anyone else???

haha, stock gearing saves the day... i should be able to do it pretty easy.
