636 Headlight mounting tabs

I've been through like 3 or 4 upper stays until i got the 905 stunt stay, Anyway i now broke the plastic headlight mounting tabs completely off, is anyone else having this problem with the 636? I plastic welded them back together but they still break easily. I think my front suspension is bottoming out after comming down from 12's. I have no fork oil in my front end. I blew out my fork seals also. Has anyone made a steel bracket for those headlights. Does anybody else have any solutions?

Same here the 905 stay was such a crappy fit that just bolting it up would crack the headlight mounts........I now have about 50 zip ties holding it all together. I even have some that go through the upper fairing then throught the mounting tabs and inside the headlight holding it all together as one.....Its actually way stronger than stock

My headlight mounting tabs broke to. I just made a bracket and hook up some fog lights for a streetfighter.
