Re: which exhaust would you pick out of these

Personally, I like Devil. Specifically the shotguns, but they don't make it for yours. The nice thing about Devil is that if you buy the slip-on now, you can buy the header later and it will bolt up to your existing slip-on and make it a full system. With the others, you either get the slip-on or the full system.

If you plan on stunting, just cut down the stock pipe...cheap cuz you already have one, and it will give you some sound if that is what you are looking for.

Re: which exhaust would you pick out of these

So what are you looking to get out of your bike...do you want all out performance or sound from your pipe. Or are you going for looks?

Both of my bikes have the stock cans cut down about 6", then I painted flames on them....sound decent and look good, at least I think so. And it didn't cost me anything...then again, I am cheap, I try to make everything myself...did my own 12 bar also.
The '03 is mostly for looks...I'm not stunting that, but the '00 is for serious playtime!

Re: which exhaust would you pick out of these

i want performance and sound. but nothing crazy loud like a d&d.
for some reason ive just never been a fan of shorty pipes
as far as my bike goes, its just like my car. i try to get a little bit of everything. show and go.

so for my bike i want it to stay a sport bike with a tough of stunter to it.

I had a Micron bolt-on on my 02 Geez and it sounded pretty good. I recommend not getting the carbon fiber..can just falls apart over time.

Re: which exhaust would you pick out of these

i had the titanium Leo Vince highmount full system on my 02'r6...it sounded sweet.
low RPM's it has a deep rumble and higher RPM's it has the familiar crotch rocket high pitched sound

Re: which exhaust would you pick out of these

I really like all those pipes, FMF, Leo, Micron, Akrapovic.... they all sound good. But I personally love 2 Brothers exhausts, there is something about those pipes. (The full systems are the ****, but just their slip-ons are kick *** too) They have a really deep tone thats not a loud "whap" when you get on it and I love the low end torque you get from a 2-Bros setup. I've never had the kind of gain on the low end (other than a D&D but that is damn near straight through and is REALLLLY loud) as I've had from 2-Bros.
