Endo/Stoppie on a 954 W/ Tip over sensor......

I just got my 954 back together and I STILL have the tip over sensor hooked up.....

Heres the question, Will the bike Shut off from doing high a Stoppie/Endo?

I only ask if anyone has had this happen b/c tonight after I just endo'ed, the bike wanted to almost shut off (like it was running out of gas) after the rear tire hit the ground. I just gave it some gas and after a few seconds it went back to normal..................

that can't be the tip over sensor. If the sensor cuts out, the bike will not run weak. It just stops and you cannot start it again untill you switch the ignition off and back on.

It's not a problem during stoppies. you where probably just low on fuel.

Low on gas or the kickstand switch when you drop it down wanting to kill it.

did you make sure your throttle bodies were secured on??? Had mine off putting another idle screw on and didn't tighten the bolts cause I was in a hurry....they came loose and idle and throttle became weird if the bike was shaken or anything like coming down from a wheelie or setting a stoppie down hard.

check the simplest things.....gas, spark plugs, tipover sensor(bypass it anyways), ....typically its the simplest things that you might have forgotten to do or looked over

i dunno if doing stoppies high would make your bike actually run different but it might seem different. hahaha..

Yup... tip sensor will cut right out and not start back up. No prob w/ high stoppies.
