Re: damn oil pickups

Hey ive noticed alot of people are going to the stuntex website... to buy them.. and people have told me they are sold out..

This is where i bought mine from and I love it.. it has saved many motors...

But if u cant find one to buy...

Heres what u can do and it will work

For suzukis

Drop the oil Pan then undo the bolts holding the oil pickup in... it is made of plastic... okay this this thing is in a bent shape going down to the center of the pan.... heres the fix.. where it comes out of the motor before it starts to make that curve to the center.... cut the plastic straight across.. then... go to the hard ware store with the plastic.. and go to the hardware section and get a threaded piece of pipe about 2 inches long screw it into that plastic piect that u cut.. now if u got the right diamater.. this will be hard to screw in and very hard to unscrew.... this is it.. put it back in the bike... put everything back together.... now when u fill the oil up.. put the bike on both its wheelies level.. not its kickstand... and fill it just to over to top of the sight glass...

And ur all set
