are the fork tubes the same diameter on 1000RR 954 and 929?

if so ,could i use 954 triples on my F4 with 1000RR forks or would it mess up the front wheel clearances? i hope this makes since to someone that has tried a few different things

 

Well I haven't experimented with what you want to do but I can tell you this...

I am 99% sure that the 929 and 954 forks are the same and will interchange, but I think the 1000RR might be diffrent.
There are three part numbers for the 929 and 954 forks which are...
51400-mcj-003
51400-mcj-831
51400-mcj-752

The part number for the 1000RR fork is
51400-mel-003
