Ok.. well.. Instead of buying a stay.. and everything to hold the stock headlight.. I'm looking for a more Inexpensive way out.. I was thinking about getting a set of fog lights.. from wal-mart.. and making a bracket.. so that they could be clipped on to my forks.. I was wondering if anyone has done this.. or if anyone has some pictures they could post up of the bracket... thanks -rich

 

use driving lights not fog lights they throw more light forward instead of close and to the sides.

 

Yea I made the mistake of buying a cheapo fog light instead of a driving light...thing was bright so ppl could see me but I couldnt hardly see **** infront of me.

 

Don`t mount it to your forks, either, it`ll turn and probly yank the wire out all the time.

Heres the bracket I made for my old gixxer... its just a bunch of random pieces of metal bolted and ziptied together, and then mounted where my fairing stay used to be, on my 900 I just put the light where that dumb little bolt from the front fairing goes, no fabricating neccisary.
