How much modification needs done to put an f4i engine and fuel injection on an f4 bike....i hate my carbs but i love everything else about the bike...has anyone done this?

 

easliy done make sure you have the injectors, wiring harnes (whole thing) and fi from the gas tank!

yea you dont need to do the whole motor swap... just swap carbs for FI, theres a few on here that have done it... not sure on the details how exactly

 

yeah you can swap the motor out fo sho......i have a 99 f4i in the garage right now...next to the 02.....

 

wrong, you need the head too.

and the frames and engines are identical but the F4i's have sensors in the engine for the FI that the F4's dont.
