Ready for new sprokets...?

So I've been riding for a little over a year and can wheelie for miles at around 55mph and i'm working on my rear break control, slowing down. I'd like to be able to balance them at 15 and then slower. I just got a street-stunt sprocket set from motoheaven and i was wondering if i should put them on. I know they won't make me a better rider right away, but will it hurt? Should i keep going with stock gearing for now?? What do you guys think?
