changing coolant on a 636

k guys heres the deal, just got my 636 back after it sitting 4 a year, now it runs hot as hell. ive never changed the coolant in it so im thinking now would b a great time, never done it on a bike b4 though anything i need 2 know? and ive heard mixed results about enigine ice,any1 else?

Thermostat may be stickin, its on the back of the motor, underneathe the gas tank. Or you might just drain it from the radiator, and fill it up.

Engine Ice worked the same as regular coolant.
