Get a Lawyer, so you can keep your licence. You'd be amazed how much they can get thrown out. Since you live in CA, your gonna need it.

Don't speed. Stop when it says "stop" and your problems are solved!! Yes, most likely your license is toast. But like was said before, a lawyer can do wonders.

7 tickets seems like the first 6 you would learn ? ha that sucks though get a lawyer. The failure to stop should be dropped. but man if you got 7 tickets in this short of time your ****ed... GL and mos def grab a lawyer and come up with some BS stories.

Yeah your license is good as gone, i got 7 tickets in about 6 months and i lost it for about 2 months... still rode and drove without it though FTP!

I dont flippin stop anymore... no point in it because its goin to do me more damn harm so the second i see a cop turning around or some cherries its time to drop it 2 gears then start grabbin them again on the way back up. Sux that my bike tops out at 135 now though... had to run yesterday and i had that **** pinned at 13,000 RPM's for a good ways once i hit interstate.

I just got my 3rd in 2 months. license plate bent up, 2 point. Passing in the brakedown lane and plate bent up (bull ****, why would I have stopped?) 5 points. Then tonight 90 in a 65 (but I went by him at about a buck fifty) 3-4 points. I'm screwed if I don't win a couple of these in court.

 

colorado law allows the loss of 12 pnts in a year then suspension for 1 year. May differ from state to state. However i had a exhibition of speed ticket 12 pts 20 over 6 pts illuding felony,lol, and criminal mischeif, iam a 3 time felon so i was looking at 25 to life, i paid 1500.00 not bad considering the gharges and my lawyer got me a misdeamenor criminal mischeif charge and all else was dropped, however i agreed to pay 150.00 to havfe the tickets dismissed, usually this works cause all the feds care about is money. i also had 1 year probation, sure beats life in a cage. After 6 yrs iam good and dont want no more time. Get a lawyer. plea bargin. John F.T.P. And the feds

Most states now running is a felony, and when it comes to the 3 strikes law a felony is a felony no matter how small.

 

From 16-20 I had 9 tickets. All of which were either reduced, dropped, or thrown out. I live in Colorado and we have the 12 pt system. Usually if you get 9-12 its a red license, after 12 its suspension. All I did was read the Colorado Revised Statutes for road laws (which is section 42 for anyone else wondering) and went in like a lawyer. Always ask for a deferred ticket.... by that I mean if they don't offer it, ask if you can't defer this ticket for now, but if you get another ticket withing 6 months or a year. Downfall is, if you get a ticket while on this you not only get the deferred ticket and all the points assessed, but you also get a ticket for whatever you did. But, try that... they are usually good about it. I don't know how Cali is, but good luck.

P.S.... all else fails, get a lawyer or get in good with Bubba in county.. he'll protect you!
